Though I work with clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area, my geographic focus is the west San Fernando Valley (primarily Woodland Hills, West Hills, Calabasas and vicinity) and the Conejo Valley (Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and Newbury Park). I also have a special interest in Santa Monica Mountain/Mulholland Corridor ranch and architectural properties, as well as ocean front/view Malibu homes. I live and work in this area and love sharing its treasures with others. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked for a number of years as an Assistant and Associate Dean at a prestigious university, managing complex academic programs and advising students on a range of matters. In this role, I was always viewed as a strategic thinker and creative problem solver. As a former educator, my commitment is to make the home buying or selling process as stress-free and as educational as possible. I take the time to make sure my clients fully understand every single option, every piece of paperwork, and how best to position themselves in negotiations. Referrals are the life-blood of my business and I am always deeply grateful when past clients refer their loved ones to me. I live in Agoura Hills with my partner, our son, and our three dogs. In my free time, I volunteer at the local animal shelter and occasionally teach writing at the local community college. |
