A Washington, DC/Baltimore area native, I relocated to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware in 1990. I am a successful full-time licensed REALTOR® and a two-time Re/Max 100 Percent Club award recipient. I began my career in the “family business” of buying, selling and renovating both commercial and residential properties in Delaware and Maryland. Having been blessed with the opportunity to work with outstanding realtors on over 100 transactions, I learned what it takes to be a superior real estate agent. Armed with this knowledge, I decided to pursue my real estate license. Coming from a marketing and sales background and having been involved in many business ventures locally and in the metro areas of Washington, DC; Baltimore, Maryland and Ft. Andrew Staton is a co-owner of the Beach to Bay Real Estate Center. He specializes in residential sales and leads the auction services division. He received a B.A. degree in Political Science and History from Longwood College and a Masters degree in Business and Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a certified real estate auctioneer. He has more than 10 years of academic and work experience.
After a successful career in management consulting as an associate with BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON, Andrew moved to Rehoboth Beach to become a full time licensed real estate professional. The transition to real estate was a natural move after buying and selling numerous properties in and around the beaches of Delaware. He felt he could provide the level of professionalism and responsiveness that his clients expect.
Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Andrew served in the General Assembly of Virginia, at the Legislative Office of Delegate (now State Senator) William C. Mims, as a legislative assistant
Andy's commitment to his profession transcends into his involvement in the Realtor Association and the Community. He is a member of the Grievance Committee of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, President of the Rehoboth Beach Yacht & Country Club Property Owners Association, President of the Tri Delaware Triathlon Club, and a Board Member of the Gamma Mu Foundation.
