Having a Personal Understanding of the Value of One's Home is a Gift
A social spotlight by Darla Michelsen
Tim Johnson is a Realtor serving Minneapolis / St Paul and the surrounding areas
Tim Johnson of Minneapolis started his career in Senior leadership with financial institutions by overseeing Real Estate departments including co-leading an entire organization with Real Estate and loan departments for over 17 years.
He has a strong sense of what home really means to people after surviving a house fire at eight years old. This changed his views on the importance of your home.
Often times he found himself in positions of leadership between agents and special situations where things like a mold issue can interupt the process and put both buyers and sellers into a stressful state.
This made a strong impression and having the personal understanding that his abilities could help people, plus he could leverage his knowledge and offer a higher level of service to clients knowing there is nothing more important than a persons home.

TJ: I drive a convertible and I just turn up the radio and sing!
DM: If money was no issue, how would you use it to help others?
TJ: I've thought about this alot, I'am very passionate about helping communities coming together to serve a common cause. I would like to set up a trust fund that would empower them as well as working beside them to make a postive change.
DM:If you could turn back time what would you do differently?
TJ: I would have found more ways to spend time with my mom.
It was a pleasure getting to know Tim better and listening to his passion for helping people. He has a deep compassion that only comes with having lived through some of life's challenges and rising above them.
