I have been in the company since 1990 and have been int he business since 1976. I entered real estate after buying my own apartment. My search made me feel that most real estate brokers do not treat their customers very well, I decided that I would not be that kind of Realtor.
The business was very different 30 years ago. What I offer you is 30 years of experience with today's technology. I use a car and driver to show property which makes the process easy and fun. One of my buyers once asked if, after she bought an apartment, she could still go out looking with me. I use stories form my 30 years in the business to entertain and educate my buyers to the process of buying real estate in Manhattan.
For sellers, I am a very focused and methodical marketer of the property from setting the correct price, preparing the apartment for looking its best to the preparation of board packages and finally the closing.
