I was born into a pioneer-stock Mormon family, graduated from BYU with a BS in Nursing and worked in the ER at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena. I married, had 3 children in under 3 years, and decided heterosexual life was a hazard for someone like me. A midlife crisis brought me into my passion for real estate and 'paper.' It's an honor to have my mother working by my side. I now live in Temple City (think Pasadena) with my partner, Terese Nielsen, and our four amazing teenagers. We regularly enjoy time at our cabin at Chantry Flats above Sierra Madre. My passion is ethical creative financing. I frequently function as a seller financing consultant, using a palate of powerful seller carry back strategies to get real estate transactions closed regardless of market conditions. I broker both real estate and real estate notes. |
