My Mom is my Hero L.F.

Linda Faucett is Compassionate, Skilled, Dedicated and Focused

A NAGLREP Social Spotlight by Darla Michelsen

Linda Faucett is a Realtor serving Tampa / St Petersburg and the surrounding areas

Linda spent the majority of her professional career as a Health Care administrator before beginning her Real Estate business in St. Petersburg, Florida. As she reflects on an amazing 10 years as a Realtor, she is thrilled with her decision for a career change which began with a desire for more control over her time. Looking back, it was after Linda purchased her own home that her Real Estate agent suggested she would make a great Agent herself and offered her a job to come work with her!
Linda’s background in health care gave her excellent customer service skills and attention to details. She became a Real Estate agent after reaching a milestone birthday and hasn’t looked back. She loves her work and providing a high level of customer service is a priority to her.

Darla Michelsen: What would you say is the biggest benefit you offer your clients as a Real Estate Agent?

Linda Faucett: My knowledge of the local markets and customer service skills.

DM: What do you love most about the area that you live and work?

LF: I live in one of the most beautiful places in the country in St. Petersburg Florida, the weather is wonderful and I meet people from all over the world and it’s never the same day here.

DM: What is a social cause you are passionate about?

LF: There are many but the Alzheimer’s Foundation because of my mother, Susan G Komen and the Children’s Miracle Network.

DM: What are your hobbies or what do you like to do with your free time?

LF: I love good wine and jazz concerts and being outside in this wonderful place I live. A passion used to be golf but I haven’t had time for it lately. I plan to get back onto a golf course again soon.

DM: What are a few things about you that most people wouldn't know?

LF: Born and raised in Florida, I volunteer a great deal, I was a larger young woman, and I also have a degree in Marketing.

DM: If you could sing one song on American Idol what would it be?

LF: OH my Gosh! You are my Sunshine because that’s what my mom sings every day! It has a great deal of meaning for me and always makes me think of mom.

DM: If you could have any person dead or alive over to visit who would it be and what would you ask them?

LF: I would have to say my mother though she is still alive, but is now in the advanced stages of Alzheimer’s. I would want to have a conversation with her when she remembered me and all our wonderful memories together. My Mother is my hero!

DM: What is your Super Power?

LF: Perseverance, My never give up attitude!

DM: What is your Kryptonite?

LF: Disloyalty

DM: If you could turn back time what would you do differently?

LF: I would have started in the Real Estate business 25 years ago.

DM: Answer this question? Before I die I would like to........

LF: Travel more and see the world.
