We are the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP). We have members in almost every state in the United States with local chapters developing in Florida, Delaware, Washington DC, Las Vegas, and others.
The primary mission of NAGLREP is to advocate on behalf of the rights of the Gay, Lesbian, Transgendered, and Bisexual (GLBT) Community as it relates to housing and discrimination laws. Specifically, this will require NAGLREP to initiate action and encourage existing efforts amongst the civil rights community, local and state Realtor Associations, and the National Association of Realtors, to support fair housing for the GLBT community.
Equally important to this mission is to work with legislators from near and far at the local, state and federal level to enact legislation that would eliminate all discrimination laws and provide fair and equal rights to the GLBT community.
A board of directors govern NAGLREP and includes highly successful practitioners, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders from Fortune 500 companies.
Based in Delray Beach, FL, our members are real estate agents, brokers, loan officers, mortgage brokers, title officers, escrow officers, appraisers, insurance agents and more. They are from diverse cultural backgrounds as membership is not limited to professionals of Gay and Lesbian Orientation.

Director
Dale Rowse is a realtor in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a legally married man in Canada to husband Kenneth Smith and father of four, Dale felt compelled to do whatever he could to further L.G.B.T. rights in the U.S. I feel we must all do something, anything, even if it's small to affect the circle we individually touch. That circle for me is Real Estate. My vision for the gay real estate community is to unite our voice in getting fair minded officials elected and working towards equality for all.
Dale's high standards for himself and his business ventures have encouraged a new business model among office, mixed-use and residential brokerage firms. As the Architect behind Viridian Group, which had made an impressive entrance into the Las Vegas real estate market by representing local real estate developers including Glen, Smith & Glen Development, Dale and his associates have played an instrumental role in several high-rise and mixed-use projects in Las Vegas including Sullivan Square at Durango and the 215 Beltway. Prior to founding Viridian Group, Dale was licensed at RE/MAX CENTRAL, where he is once again and has received numerous awards and recognitions for his sales production. He was the Top Producing Team Agent for the 4th Quarter in 2004, Top Commercial Producer for the 2nd and 4th Quarters in 2005 and Top Producing Agent for the state of Nevada twice in 2005. Dale placed 3rd in the State for the year amongst all REMAX agents as an individual salesman, plus received the Chairman's Club level of sales in 2005, an honor bestowed to the highest sales producers by REMAX International. Dale received his real estate license in 2003 after graduating from the Southern Nevada School of Real Estate. He also attended Real Property Law courses at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, completing the class with a perfect 4.0. His natural talent for industry sales has shone brightly since then. During his first year as a real estate agent, Dale sold 35 homes and several million dollars worth of land. Dale is thrilled to see the continued success of NAGLREP, and looks forward to continuing to make a difference in the Las Vegas Valley.
