The Advisory Board of NAGLREP is a collection of individuals who bring unique knowledge and skills which complement the knowledge and skills of our Board of Directors in order to more effectively market and govern NAGLREP.
Kerry Donovan - Vice President, Global Marketing at HSF Affiliates LLS which operates three real estate brands: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Prudential Real Estate and Real Living Real Estate franchise networks. Based in Irvine, California, Kerry is responsible in part for the successful launch of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand which was introduced more than 3 years ago.
Kerry received his MBA in marketing from University of Southern California and his BA from Boston College.
His early career was spent in the advertising industry in account management with top advertising firms : J. Walter Thompson and Young & Rubicam. He was a Product Manager at Mattel and Director of Marketing at The Los Angeles Times and the Automobile Club of America. In the real estate category, he was Marketing Director with Coldwell Banker and a Vice President of Marketing with Coldwell Banker’s NRT.
A native of Boston’s North Shore, Kerry resides in both Pasadena, CA and on the Pacific Riviera in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico.
Monty D. Smith - Senior Vice President, Company Generated Business for NRT – the nation’s #1 ranked residential brokerage company 19 years running. Smith has responsibility of NRT’s three major “company generated” business segments – Relocation/Affinity, Internet, and Powered by Zip/ZipRealty Residential Brokerage. Together, these channels brought 42,210 closed transaction sides representing over $15 billion in volume in 2015.
Smith began his real estate career in 1992 with Burnet Relocation. He was promoted to Vice President of Client Development in 1994, and three years later, he was named as President of Burnet Relocation. Additionally, he assumed the responsibilities of Vice President for Coldwell Banker Burnet Home Services in 2000. Smith was named NRT’s National Senior Vice President of Relocation and Client development in 2002.
A resident of South Orange, NJ, Smith was a member of the Google Real Estate Advisory Board and the Trulia Advisory Board, and is currently on the DotLoop Advisory Board. He is a member of Worldwide ERC (WERC), holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and in 2016 was a recipient of a WERC Meritorious Service Award. Smith received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Florida.
Jennifer Castejon - For the past 11 years, Jennifer Castejon has been the Strategic Marketing Director for First American Title. Her role includes the responsibility for managing all specialized market initiatives including: Hispanic, Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino, Korean, Asian Indian, LGBTQ, generational marketing & other programs.
Prior to coming to First American, Jennifer worked as a Business Advisor & Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua for three years. She dedicated herself to helping women create and grow small businesses. After returning to the
U.S., she earned her MBA with a specialization in International Marketing from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. She also has a Bachelor’s degree from Boise State University in International Business.
Tricia McClung - Tricia joined SunTrust Mortgage in October 2017 as the new Business Information Officer. Tricia joined us from Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), where she served as Assistant Director, Mortgage markets. During a career that spans more than 25 years, Tricia has been accountable for creating and leading highly motivated and effective organizations that design, develop and implement business and technology solutions to meet organization goals. As a market leader in the Single Family Mortgage Business developing and delivering technology solutions, she gained invaluable management experience in the areas of sourcing, affordable lending, origination, secondary marketing, securitization, often managing multi-million dollar operating and technology budgets. In addition to working for the CFPB, Tricia has worked at HUD, FHA, the National Association of Realtors and Freddie Mac.
She has earned industry recognition as a Top Ten Mortgage Technologist. “Top Manager During Tough Times,” as well as being published and quoted in a variety of publications and blogs including the Urban Institute Forum on Disruptive Mortgage technology, the eSignature podcast for the National Association of Realtors, the Washington Post, Diversity Journal and more.
