Founder/President & CEO
Jeff Berger is a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker and resides in Jupiter, Florida. Jeff serves on the 2016 Florida REALTORS Diversity Committee, is a member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, and is a member of the Florida Realtors. Jeff is a dedicated advocate for LGBT equality and in May of 2007 with a vision of advocacy and business he founded NAGLREP, the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals. Jeff studied marketing at Boston University School of Management. Prior to his career in real estate and marketing, he worked in the financial services industry as a stockbroker in lower Manhattan during the 1990's.
Janis Lippman is an award winning Realtor with RE/MAX serving Jamaica Plain / Boston, Massachusetts. Janis is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Greater Boston Association of Realtors - and Committee member/Technology Committee 2010. In 2004, after 20+ years of management experience in the theatrical industry (last position held was Director of Operations for Clear Channel Entertainment), Janis decided to put her love of New England architecture to the test by joining her partner, Ellen Grubert, in her already established real estate business.
Her board experience includes the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition - board member 2003 -2009, board president 2007-2009. Her activism highlights include Coldwell Banker Cares - active participant in several fundraisers, Home for Little Wanderers - Toy Captain for last 3 years for annual toy drive for homeless children, Silent Spring Institute - Founding member, Event member for the Susan Bailis dinner, Supporter of: Human Rights Campaign, Fenway Community Health, Pine Street Inn, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, GLAAD, & Mass Equality. Janis also is involved with Aids activism including Volunteer/Community Servings, Volunteer/Boston Living Center, Volunteer/AIDS Action Committee, participated in the first Boston to New York AIDS Ride 1995. Janis has a degree in Business Management, BS degree/Northeastern University.
Bruce Williams is a Broker in Greensboro, North Carolina. Bruce is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors, and is a board member of the National Association of Realtors Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity Committee.
Eric Axelson is a REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty in Philadelphia, PA. Eric's focus is on representing distinctive historic, architecturally significant and luxury properties throughout the Philadelphia region, including the southern part of New Jersey. A self-described technology guru, he is very comfortable using all manner of technology to be as responsive as possible to his clients' needs. Eric is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR), Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® (GPAR), National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP). He also serves as a member of the Business Issues Subcommittee, Legislative Committee of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR), and he is a District Trustee of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® (GPAR). In addition, Eric is a member of the following GPAR committees and taskforces: Member Government Affairs Committee, Member REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), Member Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee, Member REALTOR® Awards Taskforce.
Eric's interests outside of real estate include architecture, design, history, reading and the great outdoors. He enjoys caving (spelunking), hiking and kayaking and once went cold-water, open-sea kayaking off the coast of Rhode Island in an attempt to seal-watch. Animals and wildlife are an important part of Eric's life. Specifically, he rescues Saint Bernards. He currently has a four-year-old Saint Bernard named Ella. She can be found keeping him company and napping around his home office.
